I've been using Traffic Kahuna for over a year now. I have certainly noticed an increase in page rank for my sites - and more importantly significantly increased traffic. There are too many different tools available from within this system to detail here - but the blog feeder and web 2.0 tools are two of my personal favourites. The user interface is very easy to use and there's a ton of great training materials. Well worth the money in my opinion.

I've been using traffic kahuna for close to a year now and I'm finding the tools are most helpful.
